AAYPAL offers educational and career oriented mentoring advice free of charge.
Whether you're wondering what to expect your first year at college, what to include in your resume, or when to apply for an internship, the AAYPAL mentors are here to help guide you.
Once registered on the forum you can post your questions to be addressed by the mentors in the 'Mentor Advice' forum.
The forums are organized to allow for discussion and professional networking amongst all members.
AAYPAL encourages service to others. We work with existing service organizations to inform our members of community service events that are aligned with the mission of AAYPAL.
We are creating a support group to provide peer mentoring for more serious, personal problems. Except for notifying members of meetings, the peer support group will not be conducted on the forums. Examples of problems that we're willing to address include addiction, substance abuse, mental illness and eating disorders.
