AAYPAL is a web-based mentoring organization. Our purpose is to provide educational and career oriented mentoring advice to anyone that seeks it. Our mentors are screened to ensure they possess the qualifications and experience necessary to provide relevant advice in the changing professional environment. In addition to mentoring, our on-line forums facilitate professional networking and a community atmosphere. There are no dues or fees for AAYPAL membership, and anyone may join simply by registering on our website.
